ABOUT

It’s probably the worst time in history to start one. Which to me makes it even that much more important to do it. And I couldn’t be more excited about this next phase in my music career. I’ve been making records for 30 years now, and I know how to do everything under the sun in a recording studio. But I have never tried to market and sell a record once it leaves the studio. I sure have definitely thrown out my opinion to everyone on how to do it (haha), but have never put my words into action.  Guess I’m going to find out how hard it really is.

Threat Collection is an artist friendly record label based in Tampa, Florida founded by me, producer/mixer/engineer Ryan Boesch.           A collaborative label with Candor Recording that helps provide artists with not only an avenue to get their music recorded, mixed & mastered professionally; but also help finance and market original music, content and unique custom products direct to fans.

We all know by now that we are not getting rich making music. And that really was never the intended goal when we all started on this journey. Would be nice to at least be able to do it without going in to debt though. Haha. The drive now is to bring recognition to the very talented and dedicated Tampa Bay music community and create credible art that is long lasting.

The music industry is brutal, new artists barely have a fighting chance these days. But for artist that are willing to work hard, it’s also a great time in music history to take matters into your own hands and control your own destiny.

I know it sounds cliche but it really is about the music fans. The music lovers who truly support artists and still find value in creative hard work and quality products. That’s who we do it for. We really appreciate all your love and support and looking forward to providing you with new music and fun merch. Any questions, ideas, concerns, or just wanna say hi, feel free to drop a line. I am always open to hear new stuff or give advice. Thanks.
